About this Event
St Aidan winemakers and founders, Phil and Mary Smith invite you into their winery for a share-style, banquet dinner dedicated to Cabernet and enjoyed by candlelight. Discover a selection of St. Aidan vintages, expertly paired with dishes that showcase the textures and layers of flavour in each Cabernet Sauvignon. Along the way, Phil and Mary will share what makes each vintage so unique and special. Canapés and roaring fire included.
