What’s better than a glass of crisp Talisman Riesling and freshly shucked oysters? Spend your Saturday afternoon soaking up the tranquil views over the dam at Talisman Wines, with a wine in hand and oysters prepared right before your eyes by the talented team from Get Pickled & Get Shucked.
Our Sparkling Riesling – the star of the day – is the ultimate drop of fizz to pair with these ocean-fresh oysters. Whether you prefer your wine by the glass or bottle, you can explore the full range of Talisman Wines from our Cellar Door.

- $10 Entry – Includes a wine tasting or glass of wine of your choice upon arrival.
- Three Time Slots Available – 11am to 12.30pm | 12.30pm to 2pm | 2pm to 3.30pm
- Arrive Early for Oysters! – Quantities are limited, and they may sell out depending on demand.
- Strictly No BYO – Our cellar door is fully stocked with wines you’ll love!

- 🦪 Fresh Oysters: Shucked to order by Darren & Jodie from Get Pickled & Get Shucked – available to purchase by the half or full dozen.
- 🎟️ Ticket price includes: Your choice of a wine tasting of glass of wine upon arrival.
- 🍷 Wines Available for Purchase: Enjoy the signature Sparkling Riesling (such a good pair with Oysters), along with Talisman’s award-winning collection, by the glass or bottle.
- 🌿 Stunning Setting: Relax on the deck, take in the rustic, secluded, and peaceful views over the dam, and enjoy good company.
- 🎶 Laid-Back Vibes: A leisurely afternoon designed for friends, foodies, and wine lovers.
