Gin & Graze: A Dairyland Discovery

Join us for an immersive experience to tour Halls Family Dairy, a working dairy farm, followed by Harvey Cheese, an award winning cheese factory and St Duke’s Distillery, and taste the award-winning products produced right here in the beautiful Harvey Region, WA’s premier dairy industry.
Our farm to plate tour will consist of a walk through of the Halls Family Dairy, to view Australia’s only herd of pure bred Normandie cows and see the diary in action. This is followed by a cheese and gin pairing at Harvey Cheese & St Duke’s Distillery, where you can sample the award-winning products and see what all the fuss is about.

Fine Print & Inclusions
Halls Family Dairy visit: Halls Family Dairy is a working farm. Due to the nature of working farms, there can hazards and dangers due to livestock, water etc. Participants enter the farm at their own risk and must follow the instructions of the farm manager at all times. The farm visit will be exposed to the weather, therefore appropriate clothing should be prepared, including sun protection and rain protection. Closed in shoes are compulsory to enter the farm. Waterproof shoes are highly recommended. Due to the farm being a workplace, photography will be prohibited, but specific photo opportunities will be provided, therefore it is asked that phones and cameras be put away until invited by the farm manager.
Harvey Cheese & St Duke’s Distillery: A cheese and gin pairing is included, consisting of four cheeses and four spirits.
